Welcome to Martin Avenue School!

Kids pictureDear Martin Avenue Community:
Welcome to Martin Avenue School! I am delighted to extend a warm welcome as we embark on a new school year together. My name is Michael Yannucci, and I am honored to serve as your principal. As a father of three young children and an elementary school principal, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student, family member, faculty, and staff member feels welcomed, respected, and cared for each day.

At Martin Avenue, we uphold the North Bellmore Mission and Core Values in everything we do. Our students are at the heart of our efforts, and as dedicated and compassionate educators, the faculty, staff, and I are committed to supporting every child's academic, social, and emotional growth.

From our youngest learners entering kindergarten to our leading Lions in sixth grade, we want all our students to look back on their time at Martin Avenue with fond memories of fun, friendships, hands-on learning, literary connections, and unwavering support in pursuing their passions.

As we look ahead to the coming year, the faculty, staff, and I eagerly anticipate sharing many meaningful experiences with you and your children. I invite you to stay connected with us by following our journey on Instagram. You can find us at @MartinAvePride, and please do not hesitate to reach out to me at any time throughout the school year.

Here's to a year filled with growth, learning and memorable experiences for all
